1Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or placing an order through Fresh Fruit Creamery, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you accept all terms stated herein.
2Product Freshness & Availability
All our creamery desserts, smoothies, and fruit bowls are handcrafted daily using 100% fresh, natural ingredients. Due to seasonal fruit availability, certain items or flavors may occasionally be limited. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or substitute fresh ingredients of equivalent or higher quality upon notifying you.
3Pricing & Payment Methods
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed via Paystack. Your card or account will be debited immediately upon order confirmation.
4Delivery & Fulfillment Policy
We dispatch orders in insulated temperature-controlled packaging. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and phone numbers. If a customer is unreachable upon driver arrival, orders will be held for up to 30 minutes before returning to the kitchen, and redelivery fees may apply.
5Cancellations & Refund Guarantee
Order cancellations are permitted up to 1 hour prior to dispatch. If you receive an item that is damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact support within 2 hours of delivery with proof of purchase for an immediate replacement or full refund.
6Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, brand graphics, product names, photography, and website design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Fresh Fruit Creamery. Reproduction or unauthorized distribution without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
